The Early Intervention program helps children aged 0-6 years with delayed developmental milestones. Our intensive programs help children minimize their difficulties and work to bridge the gap in development. For early intervention, Sambhav operates within a radius of 5-6 kilometers.

Vinod is 11 years old. He is diagnosed with Intellectual disability with seizure disorder. His skill achievement was below age level and responses were scattered. Vinod was enrolled to our center for the Early Intervention Unit in the month of Feb-2010. Over the span of a year, he attained few skills like expressing his needs through phrases, fine motor skills which in turn helped him to trace few letters. Today, he understands some of the concepts like big/small, in/on etc.
Since the time my parents learned that I had Down's Syndrome, it was as though they had taken it as a mission to make an example out of me. They kept looking for new innovative scientific ways to help me improve my cognitive skills and hence, when they learned about Sambhav, they enrolled me there. For three years Sambhav helped me open up and pursue different interests. I learnt public speaking and dancing. When the teachers found out how good I was at swimming, they facilitated in nurturing my skills by getting me a swimming coach. At 19, I won the 25-metre butterfly gold at the Special Olympics 2013 Asia Pacific Games held in Australia. I was on top was the world! All thanks to Sambhav, today I lead a normal life, helping my father run his store in Bangalore.
