About Sambhav Foundation

While India is poised at the threshold of development in various sectors, there is a lot of work to be done for the deprived and the differently abled youth, women and children. Only 2.3 per cent of the workforce in India has undergone formal skills training, and in spite of the UN Charter of Human Rights and the provisions of the Indian Constitution, women continue to be victims of exploitation.

Sambhav means “POSSIBILITIES”. It is a metaphor for Change; bringing possibilities in the lives of the disadvantaged group

Sambhav Foundation focuses on synergizing efforts and resources to provide a strong platform to address issues in Education, Women Empowerment, Skill Development and the Differently Abled. It aims to bring in socio-economic change and enable them to obtain a sustainable livelihood. It aims to assist people in achieving their full potential and bring about a socio-economic change in their lives.

Education, Employment and Entrepreneurship form the core development paradigm of Sambhav Foundation.

Started in the year 2006, we began its journey by championing the cause of differently abled children, equipping them with life skills to live life with dignity. A few years later, we set out to create an inclusive society with activities involving a few disadvantaged girls and youth. We have reached out to more than 3,60,000 in less than a decade which is consistent to our vision of creating livelihoods for all.
